REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview
At Express My Restaurant Supplies, our priority is accuracy, safety, and reliability.
Because our products are used in food-service environments, many items cannot be resold once opened — so our return policy is intentionally strict.
By placing an order with Express My Restaurant Supplies, you agree to the policy below.

2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days from delivery.
After 14 days, returns cannot be accepted.

3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, ALL conditions must be met:
• Item is unused
• Item is unopened
• Item is in original packaging
• Item is in re-sellable condition
• You provide the order number and proof of purchase
• You receive Return Authorization (RMA) BEFORE shipping anything back
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For health, safety, and manufacturer policy reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Any opened packaging
• Cups, lids, boxes, containers, trays, and disposables
• Cleaning chemicals and sanitizers
• PPE (gloves, masks, aprons, etc.)
• Custom or special-order products
• Used equipment or tools
• Clearance or discontinued items
• Items marked “Non-Returnable”
• Products damaged due to storage or misuse
All sales are final for the categories above.

5. Damaged, Short, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Missing items
• Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
1. Order number
2. Photos of the box and product
3. A short description of the issue
Once verified, we may replace the product or issue store credit, at our discretion.

6. Manufacturer Warranty Items
Some equipment may be covered by manufacturer warranty only.
Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
We are happy to provide proof of purchase when needed.

7. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on supplier policy.
Shipping charges are:
• Non-refundable
• The customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours

8. Store Credit Only (No Cash Refunds)
Express My Restaurant Supplies issues store credit only on approved returns.
• No cash refunds

• No bank refunds
Store credit may be applied toward future purchases only.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Custom or special-order products cannot be canceled once processing begins.
